 Introduction to  Mouse

Computer Mouse:

    It  got it's name from the animal Mouse. This is because they both look similar. The Computer mouse's wire looks similar to the animal mouse's tail. The shape of their body also looks similar. 



Mouse Button Actions:
     
      A  mouse has two buttons to be clicked and a wheel between the two buttons. 


Click:
         It is the term used to press the left button of the mouse. 
Right Click:
          It is the term used to press the right button
of the mouse. 
Scroll:
        It is the term used to roll the wheel up or down. This helps us to move a page up or page down. 


Placement of the Mouse:

     The  Mouse has its own seat. This seat is called Mouse pad. The buttons of the Mouse always face towards the Computer. 



Mouse Pointer:

        The mouse is used to move around on the Computer and select different things on the screen. 
         
        The arrow displays on the Monitor, which moves when we move the mouse is called the Pointer. 

The pointer changes it's shape in certain cases.

 How to clean a Computer        It is a good habit to keep our computer clean. Points to remember:        We need to make sure  that  we shut down the computer and turn off the power supply before cleaning  the computer. Cleaning the Monitor:      Use a moist cotton cloth to clean the Monitor.Then clean it with a dry cloth.Do not spray or pour water directly on the Monitor as it may affect the display.           Cleaning the Keyboard:    Use a dry brush to clean the Keyboard.       Cleaning the Mouse:       Use a moist cotton cloth to clean the mouse from the top and bottom. Then clean it with a dry cloth.     Cleaning  the Keyboard:      Use a moist cotton cloth to clean the CPU cabinet. Then clean it with a dry cloth.
